- 10:00am: Check-in starts. Vendors, food trucks, raffle tickets, and activity tables open.
- 11:00am: Opening remarks. Honor bead ceremony. Sand ceremony.
- 11:30am: Out of the Darkness walk around downtown Martinsburg.
- 12:00pm: Community-building and remembrance activities. Fundraising raffle tickets. Food trucks. Vendor tables. Community resource tables.
- 2:00pm: Closing remarks.
