Our Mission

The mission of Berkeley County Pride of WV is to have a safe and open space for all LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to be included, valued, respected, and empowered and to foster collaboration within the community to provide information, education, awareness, and the promotion of positive social change.

Who We Are

Berkeley County Pride is a grassroots organization established in June 2025 in Martinsburg, WV, by a group of individuals who want to support the local LGBTQIA+ community. The founding members recognized the lack of local support and the lack of local opportunities for members of the queer community and their supporters to find each other.
