2nd Annual Pride in the Park
What you need to know as a Vendor:
- Your participation is very much appreciated by this Pride-sponsored community event. After we receive your completed application and vendor fee (if applicable), we will confirm a reserved vendor space or food truck space located at the main pavilion at War Memorial Park. If you require more space, you may request two spaces, but please do so ASAP.
- Per the Berkeley County Health Department rules and regulations, all food trucks must have and attach a copy of their up-to-date Berkeley County Health Department food permit when turning in the vendor form. Bake Sale tables must attach a copy of the submitted bake sale form found on their website.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds of War Memorial Park.
- You may begin setting up your space on October 3rd at 11:30 AM and are expected to have your space cleaned up by 7 PM. All trash must be disposed of properly. No littering will be tolerated.
- Please complete this application and submit vendor fees (if applicable) to Berkeley County Pride of WV by August 1, 2026. You may pay below or visit → 2026 Pride in the Park Signup Donation; please write “Vendor” in the comment line. You can also mail a payment to:
