Save the date, Martinsburg. The Martinsburg Public Library is reopening on February 19, and Martinsburg–Berkeley County Public Libraries and the Friends of the Martinsburg Public Library invite you to celebrate this exciting milestone with us.
Join us from 11 AM to 1 PM as we welcome our community back and enjoy time together in the library.
